Shipping, Returns and Customer Policy

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand how to use our products. Our products (excluding lash bath) are for profession use only. When you place an order with Anchored Lash Co., you are agreeing that you are a lash professional. Anchored Lash Co., is not responsible for the misuse of our products. 

Lost Orders

It the the responsibility of the customer to enter a safe address for their product to be delivered. We can only ship to the address provided at the time of check out. 

Shipping 

All orders are processed and packed 1-2 days after the order is placed online.  Once that is complete, they are picked up by the mail carrier the following day. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We ship Monday thru Friday, except on major holidays.

Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a return option at this time. We cannot restock these items. If you have an issue with your products (ie: item is defective or damaged) let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you just placed. Reached out to us at info@anchoredlashco.com or via instagram @anchoredlashco. We will do our best to help you out, but once orders are fulfilled they cannot be cancelled.
